"The things I could say about the staff here could go on and on. I called for the first time and spoke with Molly we are from Ohio and hadn't had a vet yet. Unfortunately my dog was very old and it was time to say goodbye. Molly was so kind when she set up my appointment. I was in tears and she was calm and patient. The vet tech and vet at the appointment showed compassion and made my girls last moment as comfortable as possible she loved the cheese they gave her. They gave my family and I all the time we needed and the vet tech made me a beautiful paw print that she took her time on. I had chose not to get her ashes but I quickly regretted and called I spoke with Susie again in tears and she said she would try and get them for me. She was patient and understanding and prompt calling me back within minutes to say she was able to get it done. This was an extremely hard moment in my life and the team here showed compassion and kindness . I can't thank them enough. You made saying goodbye to our sweet Payton easier."
